UNIQAjewels makes domestic and international shipments.

Below the customer will find the detail of the shipping costs for each country.
The preparation time of an order is 24 hours.
Once prepared, the shipment will be sent. Any custom item requires a longer preparation time than a normal order.
If any incident occurs during the preparation of the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.
The preparation and delivery of orders are made from Monday to Friday during business hours. Orders placed on weekends or in high volume sales seasons may result in longer preparation times.

Shipping costs vary depending on the type of shipment and destination.Shipping costs and delivery times for each geographical area are:

ITALY - tracked shipment

The estimated delivery time will vary between 4 and 6 business days for standard shipment and 48/36 business hours for Express shipment (optional), depending on the delivery address.(For Islands and some regions of Southern Italy shipping may take up to 72 h)

EUROPEAN UNION - tracked shipment

The estimated delivery time will vary between 5 and 10 days for standard shipment and 48/72 business hours for Express shipment depending on the country of destination.

Non-delivery and storage
As soon as the order is shipped, a notification is sent to the buyer with a tracking number that must be consulted by him constantly.If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the address is incorrect or incorrectly reported, the courier will not be able to deliver and the order will be stored at the nearest collection center or will be returned to the sender.
In the event of failure to collect the package, the order will be cancelled and will be refunded by deducting the costs of storage and return to the sender.
