Refund policy

Returns:

You can return purchased items (including those on sale) within 14 days from the date of receipt if you do not like them or if you have chosen the wrong size. The return of an order can also be partial.

Simply contact us with the order number and the product you intend to return and you will receive detailed instructions on how to return it.
All returned jewelry must not have been worn and must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and sent with adequate protection (e.g. padded envelope, original box, etc.).Following the check made upon receipt of the goods damaged and/or showing signs of use or any alteration will not be accepted and will not be refunded.Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for return and if the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
Once received the item and verified that both in the original conditions of sale and in the original packaging will be made the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the product (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Items are returned under the responsibility of the customer until they reach our headquarters, we ask you to ensure that they are properly packaged so that they do not suffer damage.We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not comply with these conditions.
The refund will be made, within 5 working days from receipt of the products, on the same credit card or PayPal account chosen for purchase on the site.
The crediting times are exclusively dependent on the payment card banks and are outside our control and responsibility.
