You can safely take a shower or swim while wearing them.
However, they need some precautions:
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and detergents
- Put on perfume and creams before wearing the jewel
- After contact with salt water wash the jewel with fresh water
- Keep your jewelry avoiding contact with each other to prevent scratching
- Clean your jewelry with warm fresh water and dry it with a soft cloth

Take care of your jewelry to enjoy it as long as possible and follow these tips:

- Store jewelry away from moisture (e.g. bathroom), strong hot or cold
- Take off your jewelry before bed

Note for the earrings:
925 Sterling Silver is a soft and ductile material by nature and must be handled with delicacy: the earrings must always be closed gently and with both hands, not force with one hand.
